Our standard boarding check-out deadline is strictly 1:00 PM. Dogs departing prior to 1:00 PM incur no additional daycare fees for that day. Pick-ups occurring after 1:00 PM automatically roll into an afternoon daycare session to account for continued yard supervision, resting cot access, and staff monitoring.
Yes. Unlike traditional kennels that charge separate fees for each yard turnout, Puptown Lounge includes full-day social daycare in all overnight rates ($35/night for dogs under 25 lb; $41/night for dogs over 25 lb). Dogs participate in supervised play groups throughout the morning and afternoon with scheduled midday rests.
Yes, provided they coexist calmly during feeding times. When multiple dogs share an enclosure, the primary dog is charged at their weight tier ($35 or $41), the second dog is charged at $27 per night, and any third or subsequent companion dog is charged at $22 per night.
You can select full grooming ($40–$60 tiered by canine weight and coat condition), rotary Dremel nail trimming ($25+), or standard claw clipping ($15+) as an add-on in the reservation form above, or request it at front desk check-in. Anna has directed our grooming house since 2008 and performs all coat restoration on-site.
