Intake process
How boarding and daycare intake progresses from registration to 1:00 PM check-out. The vertical line traces each operational milestone.
Vaccine record verification
Prior to physical arrival, we verify Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella records. We require documentation from a licensed veterinarian before any dog enters our common spaces.
Complimentary daycare evaluation
First day daycare is free. Our handlers introduce your dog to social play yards gradually, assessing sociability and play style before boarding approval.
All-day group play & rest cycles
Boarders spend daytime hours socializing in size-matched yards, followed by scheduled rest cycles in climate-controlled suites. Morning feeding is handled individually.
1:00 PM check-out deadline
Check-out runs until 1:00 PM without additional fee. Pick-ups after 1:00 PM transition to half-day daycare, keeping play yard attendant ratios fully staffed.

Yes. Daycare is included in every overnight booking at Puptown Lounge. Unlike facilities that charge separately for exercise yards or playtime walks, our guests spend their days in supervised social play at no extra fee.
The primary dog pays the standard weight rate ($35 for under 25 lb, $41 for over 25 lb). A second dog sharing the suite stays for $27 per night. A third or additional dog in the same suite stays for $22 per night.
We offer standard scissor nail trims at $15+ and rotary Dremel grinding at $25+. The Dremel sands nails down smoothly near the quick, eliminating sharp splinter edges that can scratch hardwood floors or skin.
We cannot accommodate dogs with severe dog-to-dog aggression or unmanaged bite histories. Because our boarding model relies on group daycare socialization, animals must pass a complimentary first-day evaluation to join group play.
